Pleasant rental of approximately 35 m², on the 2nd floor with lift, in a residence near the embankment. This 2-star furnished studio is made up of an entrance and a living room with a folding bed for two people, a balcony facing the sea with its garden furniture. The kitchen is open and equipped with a combined microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will also find a shower room and WC. Linen not provided.
