"In the heart of the old port, it was so easy for me to get anywhere and everywhere in the city! Hotel staff is super nice and they speak English! There is also a breakfast option, which I thought was lovely! If you are getting an Uber/car here know it’s on a pedestrian only street, so you’ll need to walk a little! We were told at 12:15 PM check in that we could eat in the terrace restaurant in the evening without a reservation. But, when we arrived at 8:45 PM to do so, we were told it was full. There is a special event happening in Marseille and, apparently, they had a rush of guests. It would have been nice to get contacted by the staff to ask if we still wanted to eat there before allowing other...

The parking location and way back was a bit challenging even with good instructions from staff (at night and with new rental car) however was very safe and secure. "The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and make sure you have the best stay possible. The property itself is incredibly beautiful, a bit away from the main areas but its a simple 10-15minute bus ride to the metro or strip. We had such a great time in this city exploring the Port, the mountains and staying at the Hotel. Definitely recommend it and would consider it for sure in the future. "
