"The place was amazing! So convenient and unique. The parking was a bit of a mess. They instructed us to park in the designated parking area where we followed instructed signage. We received a ticket the day before we departed. When we asked the host why, they replied that they just changed the parking rules (we were not informed) and there was nothing they could do about the ticket.The lack of communication regarding the changes in rules for parking was disappointing. Everything else was a breeze. "

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon!
