    The house bathed in light (South facing), newly decorated and furnished, consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room opening onto a covered terrace, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace partly covered by a bio-climatic pergola hosts a jacuzzi (available only from April to September)
    The house is located in the centre of the village of Les Mathes 100m from the market square and essential shops (bakery, café, butcher, market, hairdresser, press). It is also close to the sea (5km), the forest and cycle paths for the discovery of the Atlantic Coast.
