This beautiful new 117m2 apartment is located in a brand-new residence with top-of-the-range amenities: spa area with pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, fitness room, children's play area and private garage.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, with the other two sharing a bathroom. 
Tastefully furnished and decorated, the apartment features a large open-plan living area with an eco-friendly ethanol fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining table. 
You will also enjoy an exceptional 165m2 terrace with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc chain!
Ideally located between the Bellevue cable car and the Prarion gondola, it's the perfect base for skiing, hiking and mountain biking. 

Please note: the spa area will be closed from 31 August to 15 December 2025 and from 31 March 2026 to 15 June 2026.
