"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. "nicely furbished hotel with a gondola and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is quite new and very clean, nice and cosy. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms and in the corridor. however overall i really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! "

"I visited with my 16 year old son for a weeks skiing. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. The ski shop/ boot room is really convenient, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gondola from the shop to Bergers makes access to the slopes quick and easy. I will visit again."

"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."

"Lovely room, great amenities, team were great. A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control.
