"The room was expected- for the money paid - so no complaints there Staff we dealt with were attentive and informative However within 2 hours of being a the hotel ( we were parked directly outside the front of the hotel ) Our van was broken into 90% of our luggage and personal items taken ( ruining the 2nd week of our touring break ) - and rendering the van unusable due to two windows being smashed (no way of securing the van overnight etc) Hotel acknowledged difficulties in the area and did advise no belongings on show - which all were heeded as locked in a rear -out of sight compartment not on show at all If you stay in this budget hotel be sure to park in the nearby multi story ( ridiculously expensive) this rendering the hub not good value overall"

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"
