"The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. But otherwise it was quite a good apartment, with very friendly staff and very clean and very warm rooms. The apartment is very close to the ski lift. "

"First, what is in the name - imagine someone who raved hard in Ibiza in the 90s - and what they would look like now - that would be a pretty accurate description of facilities. Stayed for a week-long ski vacation in a group of 30 people, had half-board included - excellent food, very friendly staff, easy 2 minute shuttle ride to the Diablo lift (or 10 minute walk). Big lounge area to hang out after dinner, and a big separate play area for kids and teens to entertain themselves."
