To have my sir name remembered by the bell captain, the concierge, and the front desk, was amazing. And the beds were supper comfortable with a lovely duvet and oversized pillows. Also, the shower was fantastic! Thank you"

"Amazing staff. There was an issue with the booked room. The staff quickly fixed it! The Red Level was amazing and all of the extra perks were well worth the price! This site is so accomodating and beautiful! The only part was the gym and spa are still being finished so they are not available. The temporary gym was made available. "
