Great location
Overall we loved out stay here, great loaction close to everything. Just to note and to make it clear for everyone though, you need your own bed linen and towels.

Enjoyable apartment stay with poor communication
Apartment itself was in an ideal location and suited our group of 8 adults fine. Slightly small communal areas but manageable throughout the week. There was poor communication from the owner before the stay, no information regarding location of apartment, what was/wasn't included in apartment, check-in process etc. This was only provided when asked for and slow replies were common. Following the stay we were told we owed an additional charge for cleaning due to the apartment not being ready for guests when we left. The photos provided by the owner, admittedly showed some signs of use such as a pair of forgotten socks behind a bed and one small bin with a few items left in it, but nothing that any owner wouldn't expect to have to provide a quick clean once quests left. This owner expects to complete absolutely no cleaning between guests, citing that the beds weren't made suggesting that bed covers aren't washed between guests, something that is completely unacceptable in my eyes. If you wish to stay in this apartment ensure you are a professional cleaner and pray that the previous occupants were also professional cleaners as no cleaning will be done by the host between guests.

Bonjour Aidan, A votre place je n'oserais pas ecrire un commentaires sur mon appartement, car il n'y a pas de commentaires pouvant expliquer la personne sale que vous êtes. La seule chose que vous pourriez m'ecrire, serai de vous excuser pour ce que vous avez laissé comme saletés, vomis et poubelles dans mon appartement. Je vous ai déja repondu par mail et envoyer toutes les photos du chaos que vous avez laissé lors de votre départ. Roger

Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé
Bien équipé, bonnes literies. Néanmoins, ok pour 8 personnes mais trop petit pour 10. Pas assez d’aménagements pour faire sécher les affaires de ski de 8 pers. 1 seul WC (trop juste) et toute petite SdB. Malgré cela, bon séjour et appartement proche de toutes commodites et accès aux pistes et retour ski aux pieds.

Excellent séjour. L’appartement bénéficie de tout le confort nécessaire avec une vue magnifique, dégagée sur les montagnes. L’appartement avec ses 4 chambres en étoile est très spacieux et adapté aux 6 personnes que nous étions . Tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine . Deco sympa . Le propriétaire que nous n’avons pas rencontrés mais qui était disponible au téléphone toutes les fois où nous avons eu besoin de détails . Nous recommandons +++

good location, good value for money, difficult communication
I reserved the appartement about 5 months in advance through Homeaway. After having my reservation accepted, I never got any message telling me how to check in etc. About one month before the planned vacation I sent a message through the site to ask what the procedure was, I never got a reply. I had also asked this with the initial reservation, but also there I got no reply. Then I had a motorcycle accident and broke my foot. It became obvious I could not ski in 3 weeks time, so I again sent a message to Mr Pithoud through the site to see what we should do, again no answer. I also tried calling Mr Pithoud several times, but I kept getting an voicemail response. Luckily I had understood from the other reviews that the check in and keys were done by the Sport 2000 shop in the shopping center, so I called them. They told me that they also could not get in touch with Mr Pithoud, that he was probably out of the country. They were very friendly and told me that there would probably be no problems when I asked them if it would be ok if another family (friends) would stay in the appartement instead of us. I did try several more times to contact mr Pithoud through the site and by phone, and finally I did get a response, but this was only one week before the actual date, which caused quite some stress also with the other family, which needed to know if they could stay there, or if they needed to find another appartement. He was very friendly and everything was fine, which was great, but by this time I had suffered quite some stress.... The appartement was nice I was told, the location is great, and the price was very reasonable. The Sport 2000 people are also very nice and flexible, but please be aware that communication with Mr Pithoud might be difficult, especially through the site. Over a period of 5 months and several questions sent through the site, he never replied once. This I found quite unusual/surprising. Anyways, in the end everything worked out very well, and I was very happy that my friends could take over the reservation, so thank you for that mr Pithoud.
