Located in Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel, Villa Esterel offers a charming 135 sqm Provençal house accommodating up to 6 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. You will find a well-maintained property built in 1987 featuring mountain views of the Esterel mountains, private air conditioning, TV, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. The ground floor includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, dining room, living room, and a separate equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom with shower room and toilet is located upstairs. A baby bed is available for families.



Step outside to discover a lush maintained garden on a 2300 sqm terraced plot with complete privacy and no overlooking neighbors. The spacious private outdoor pool with pool house and pool equipment room is available from May to October depending on weather conditions. You can relax on the shared covered terrace or private balcony while enjoying views of the Esterel mountains.



The property provides a large garage accommodating 2 cars plus additional shared street parking. Pets are welcome during your stay. Events and parties are not allowed, and smoking inside the house is prohibited.



Nice Airport is 30 minutes away by car. The house sits in the heart of the Esterel mountains, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, or motorcycle excursions. You can explore the red rocks of the Esterel, nearby beaches, and Lake Saint Cassien. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
