"The accommodation was spotless. The host Ryan was really friendly and the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. Location wise its on the high street with lots of parking very close by will definitely be my first choice of places to stay in Lerwick. "

"Lovely staff, presentable common areas, breakfast choices limited but a freshly cooked breakfast is offered. Unfortunately the rooms are super dated and old fashioned for a premium price over £150 per night. In the uk they would struggle to get £60 per night."

"Comfortable and convenient place to stay in a quiet area of downtown Lerwick. I did not have a car and could walk to local bus, restaurants, shops, groceries. I was very happy with my two-week stay and would stay there again. James and Mandy were excellent hosts."

"The view of the water was nice. The cleanliness was very good. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. That being said, I slept well. The hotel, however, is in need of TLC. The location was excellent. The staff we met was kind. We were grateful for the availability. "

As the name suggests, a penthouse apartment requires some steps to climb. Great location with co-op supermarket near by and an easy 5 min walk into main street."
