It is a small gem in the center for lovers of good food and aperitifs in the most beautiful square of Lerici.

The lift will take you to just one small ramp from the house, upon entering you will immediately feel on holiday thanks to the beautiful window that will allow you to see the pier and the sea of Lerici. The living room with sofa bed and kitchenette is equipped with every comfort and the staircase next to it will take you to the attic room of great impact given the beautiful wooden beams characteristic of the place.

Magnolia is located next to the main square of Lerici, where the best restaurants set up outdoor spaces to eat while observing the stars and the sea. A few steps from the house you will also find the shops in the center and grocery stores to taste Ligurian specialties. The fish market is located at the pier a few minutes walk. Arriving at the pier, climbing the stairs you can also get to the Lerici Castle to take an unforgettable photo.
