"Très propre - rien de manque - Bonne literie - Propriétaires très aimables - Proximité directe des transports en commun - Non loin du centre (10 minutes à pied) Emplacement pour garer la voiture sécurisé dans le jardin - Villa calme - Cage d'escaliers très propre - Tout cela rend un séjour agréable. Tout de même il faudrait une clim car l'appartement est sous les toits et il y fait très chaud et cette année étant donné la prolifération des moustiques il était difficile de rester les fenêtres...

"Logement très bien situé en plein centre ville avec accès à toutes les commodités. Aix les Bains et ses alentours est vraiment sympa. La ville propose des solutions pour se garer et se déplacer en bus qui sont pratiques. Hôte disponible et réactif. L’intérieur du studio est agréable. Il pourrait être parfait mais quelques désagréments : canapé très inconfortable, volet roulant cassé et pas de rideau à la fenêtre, pommeau de douche du haut cassé. Pas d’accès au local poubelle. Une petite lampe...
