"The hotel was easy to find and super close to the main transit area. The staff was super friendly and professional. The room size was nice and the AC worked great! We really liked the “green stay” vouchers they give you, if you stay for more than 2 nights. Even without the voucher the drinks prices were reasonable. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of nice areas as well. The breakfast buffet was good too."

"First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon. It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed."

"I have been solo travelling for years & would like to think im pretty adaptable even if the hotel is not what it is - this has been the WORST hotel ever in my life..its cleanish but its in a dingy out dated building (photos are of the main hotel NOT this so be aware as they are MISLEADING!) but more worrying was the smell of mould/chemicals in the room with no reception or anyone on site.. had to sleep with the balcony open and couldn’t wait to get out in the morning..only stayed a night but I would have rather spend a little bit more money to have safety of mind and not having to woken up with all my allergies flared up or feeling suffocated. PLEASE AVOID!! only positive is location but still not worth all the problems it comes with!!!!"

"I booked two rooms one for myself for three nights and one room for my sister for one night both of them was paid by Expedia and booked by Expedia The problem start my sister arrive and I was not on the premises and they rent a room by themselves the same room I booked by Expedia and the room was cheaper $100 plus minus . it’s mean to Expedia I have overpaid my actual two rooms and I don’t think that it’s acceptable to overpay with almost $100 per room per night. I am a customer between Hotel.com and Expedia more than 15 years and I have in my mind how much I overpay over this time."
