"Saw a roach scurrying across the room when I put my shoes down. Literally freaked me out. It was already 2AM. I stripped the bed. Put everything back together to see if I can see where it went. Couldn’t find it. Couldn’t sleep. I was checking out the next day so I just stayed packed up, showered and got ready to go earlier than expected."

"Air conditioning smelled really bad when turned on, my fiancé and I thought someone peed in it. The hair dryer was melted and destroyed on the wall. And the whole place was a bit dingy. Staff was nice and helpful though "

"The room was in a good, safe location with food services nearby and walkable. Room was neat, clean and looked to have been recently repainted. Our room was quiet and located away from the busy street. Staff were helpful. It would have been an economical place to stay for heading out to the amusement parks a few minutes away. Family lived in a nearby neighborhood which again we could walk to."

"I have no complaints except you had to be a member to get the free gift bag with the water and chips but the receptionist was nice and gave it to me anyway. The staff was nice and courteous from beginning to the end of our stay. The bartender made excellent drinks. Rooms and property very clean"

"So we have stayed at this property 5 times. Loved it! It would have been 6 but this ruined it for us. As soon as we pulled up there was a women right outside the door yelling at my family and we have a 7 and 9 year old to "not touch her Fing stuff this is my SH." I'm an adult I don't care but dont yell at my kids who were just getting their own stuff out the car. I asked the staff what they were going to do about and Martha said "we can't do anything about it. " last time I checked yes you can it's private property and you should want to do something about it if it's affecting you customers. I asked when does the pool close and she said 9pm and that was it. So we quickly went up to our room threw are stuff down got our suites on because we were super excited to swim. There was only 30 minutes left so we quickly went down stairs just to see a sign that says pool closed. What kind of crap is that! How do you not say sorry pool is closed! No Martha straight up said the pool closes at 9pm. So messed to miss lead your customers to think the pool was still open!! So we went up to the counter to ask when the pool was going to be open. James said no one not even the managers know. He continued to say we can just leave. Who says that! There customer service was so bad. I looked at him and said you don't tell people to just leave good customer service try's to keep their customers. I called hotels.com and asked to be moved after explaining everything. Dont tell me to leave I will!"
