Very basic but that's what we were expecting. Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Somewhere to stay without spending a lot of money. OK

Not great. Air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot. The room was not clean and bed very uncomfortable. Had 4 hours sleep and couldn’t take any more. Random people also working past and the smoke box was right outside my room! So our room just stank of cigarettes. Not great with a child!

Merite pas toutes ses étoiles ?

Quand ln ferme la porte de la chambre le mir bouge, 2 cm de jour entre la porte et le bati, on sais quand il fait jour. Les gens fumes sur le parking et nous sentons lodeur dans la chambre, pas de lumiere dans la salle de bain.

La qualité de l'accueils et du service pas top, il a tout de même fallu que je retourne 5 fois pour un problème de carte qui n'ouvrais pas la chambre. Une première fois la personne de l'accueils c'est déplacé avec son ordi au bout de 2 fois. le soir après le repas 3 fois je suis descendu à l'accueils, au final ouverture de la chambre avec une clé (très difficile à ouvrir) Bref, le repas du soir lamentable, un seul choix entrée, plat, dessert. De plus l'entrée une tartelette à l'oignon + salade verte et en plat lasagne à base de légumes......... de la viande haché aurait été plus judicieux. Qui s'occupe des choix de plat ???? Je me souvient d'avoir fréquenter d'autre Campanile ou les choix culinaire était largement plus fournie et diversifier. Pour le buffet petit déjeuner était mieux.

Das fruhstuck war nicht gut, so gab es keine eier und alttes brot, wenig varieteten zum wahlen, der contactperson gab als erklarung das es sei der ende dezember Den selbe contactperson rauchte eine zigarette mit der tur offen who durch es kalt wurden im frustuckraum Um 10 uhr kam der putzfrau plotzlich in unsere hotelzimmer, ohne warnung........?

Placé dans une zone industrielle cet hotel est loin de tout. Bref me cadre va avec la qualité de l’hotel . Tout y est mediocre . Du service, aux chambres vétustes, serviettes qui ne sèchent pas , douche ou un filet d’eau coule , tout bouché par le calcaire ….et pour couronner le tout …le petit déjeuner où il manque de tout ! Bref il a été figé dans les années 90….mais depuis les standards de qualité ont évolué !

Plus de campanile fini

Catastrophe interphone extérieur défectueux, apel téléphonique sans réponse, attendre une personne qui rentre en même temps, acceuil froid m informe qu'il attendait personne et qu'il allais partir, pas de réservation pour moi, ne peut rien faire malgré mon numéro de réservation confirmé, recherche de paiement sur mon compte bancaire bien débité mais rien à faire pas de réservation possible au bout de 30 minutes la personne à appelé un responsable qui l'a guidé dans les recherche via expédia et non hôtel com qui a fini par trouvé et à rentré des coordonnées sur son ordinateurs. Pauvre gars J aurais pas voulu être à ça place quand tu lui dit ça doit être un bug chez vous.... Les chambre ça été malgré serviette taché et pas du tous de savon et champooin heureusement J avais ce qu'il fallait..... Pour le petit déjeuner c est de pire en pire pour les campaniles 13€ pour du jambon pas chère et de mauvaise qualité ju d'orange ba de game, croissant de grande distribution ba de game pas d œuf....... Enfin J ai connu les campaniles de qualité après plusieurs campanile de fait c est fini j'irai dans les BB hotel meme genre un peut mieux en qualité désolé

One choice of food Pizza take it or leave it. Breakfast was lacking milk for cereals - offered hot milk from coffee machine. Very poor to other Campanile places I have stayed at.

Séjour convenable juste pour dormir. Le service nettoyage est inexistant. Il semble que la femme de ménage était absente. Le ménage n'a pas été dans la chambre c'est à dire que les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été changé, que le lit n'a pas été refait. C'est tout de même un minimum pour une prestation qui est obligatoire et en plus payé. Par conséquent, le tarif de la chambre est bien trop chère pour la prestation reçue. Toilette entartré ou sale, impossible de savoir car pas de brosse nettoyante. Évacuation des eaux presque bouchée. Le " restaurant" que du surgelé, même pas un peu de salade avec des lasagnes tiedes, des portions congrues pour un menu minimum a 19,90 € . Et le petit déjeuner à 13,90€ n'est rien que du vol !!! Le personnel essaye de relever le niveau mais c'est tour juste. La literie est à peine acceptable, et ja'i fait un autre Campanile a Reims qui était bien meilleure
