"Located in a quiet neighborhood. House is well maintained inside and outside. House smelled and was very clean. Two great outdoor sitting areas were available. We appreciated the supply of paper products, kitchen, cleaning and bathroom items. We would stay here again and do recommend this location."

"We had a great time staying at the Fountain House. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and located ideally for the various places we went while in La Mesa/SD area. The decor was very welcoming and up to date. We loved having our coffee in the front yard, which was refreshing with lots of shade. All details for our stay were clear, and all the things we needed were available (ice, glass ware, cooking utensils etc). We have zero complaints :) Thank you for hosting us."

"I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...
