The insulted my partner by telling him he didn’t have the right to select breakfast choices. The had the security lock him in and demanded payment that was already made through Expedia. There was hair in the food! "

I was bitten by mosquitoes and the bed was uncomfortable Had to struggle to get towels for two people despite my booking saying so it is for two people. "The hotel could do with some maintenance. Pros:1. Electrcity was on 24/7 except for a couple hours during the weekend 2. AC works 3. There was hot water. 4. Flat screen tv works but only 3 channels. Cons: 1. Pool water was green and full of algae. 2. WiFi doesn't work 3. Only 2 out of 4 lights in the room were working. No lights in the stairway were working. 5. They did not have our booking and could not confirm themselves with hotels.com. 6. Electrical fittings hanging or missing. See...
