Bed and Breakfast in Leiston

"We had the deluxe sea view (room 2). It was very nice and spacious with a large bay window and a settee to look out to sea. It was a reasonable price and much better than some other more expensive hotel rooms. Yes..it was room only rate but you had breakfast places across the road and 100 yards down the sea front at the pier plus shops in the small town just a few mins walking distance. Free Parking on the road outside might be a problem but we found a space always just outside or a few yards...
