"The heated towel rail didn’t work and I couldn’t get the oven to work as there appeared to be no instructions, the same with the washing machine in that it had only been set for a cold wash however this had not been communicated. It was a lovely quiet place"

"The Bach is in a great location, beautiful views and mostly well equipped. We stayed in winter and there were ample heaters however the fire was not allowed to be used."
