The TV didn't work, front desk said someone would be there "in a bit" to fix it, but we were there for three days and no one ever showed up. The hide-a-bed was broken and we could not even sit on it as a couch. Breakfast was marginal, powdered eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The fridge in our room was very noisey."

"The AC didn’t work. The room and hotel itself was filthy. The front desk staff was gone for 30 minutes when we tried to first check in. There was another guest there and we had already been waiting 10 minutes. We left and searched for another room. Unfortunately everything booked. Came back and that same guest said she waited 20 minutes and no one came so she left as well but had to come back. Wingate was the worst stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again! "

"Remodelled hotel from another brand with updated furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The only complaint was the small details here and there, like bath tub floor was stained, paint underneath the heat/AC unit was peeled off, hair dryer was broken. "
