"I regularly come to rotterdam for barbering classes at The Old School Barber Academy by Schorem on nieuwe binnenweg and find different stays each time. This apartment was was SUPER close to the academy, only took me about 10 minutes to walk in every day. Super easy to get in and out of the city center by foot. "Fantastic , beauitful appartment. Clean an in a excellant centre location. Everything you need in short walk. Very friendly owner, great management team, was easy to pick up keys from office a few doors down. Only negative was the stairs up to appartment were very steep. Would recommend fans in summer , warm weather being a loft conversation it gets very warm. Overall excellant stay"

"Nice apartment in a great location for the places where I visit. In a good area and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants if you don't want to cook. Easy access to the Haagse Bos park and Centraal Station. Only real issue I had was with the noise of the rain on the skylight during some stormy weather - earplugs needed to get some sleep."

They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace.
