"Lovely place to stay in Graz. Very clean cosy and homely. Very well equipped. Very good communication with the owner. Very easy to find. My only complaint would be for a mirror in the bedrooms upstairs. Other than that a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city, we walked but can get a bus or tram. "Wir, zwei Familien zu je vier Personen, haben hier auf unserer Reise nach Kroatien Zwischenstopp gemacht. Das Appartement war perfekt, sauber, ausreichend groß mit kleiner Küche, Bad mit Handtüchern und bezogenen Betten. Dank Self-Check-In waren wir unabhängig von Zeit und Schlüsselübergabe. Im Parkhaus unweit entfernt stand zudem kostenfrei ein Platz zu Verfügung. Das Appartement befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Danke. "

The location was not quite as central as indicated in the listing but it is right on a tram line so made for very quick and easy movement to Hauptplatz and the rest of town. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful, with a very stylish and well-thought-out design. The location is fantastic—just steps away from shopping district and very close to public transit, which made getting around extremely convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The only downside was that the rooms were quite small, and there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, a great choice for location, design, and breakfast, especially if you don’t mind a more compact room."
