The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nicely set out but the rooms are are on the small side of small and no kettle, coffee maker etc. The location of the hotel is great being directly across the road from the river, within walking distance of anywhere in town and a short drive to Burg Eltz. Beautifully positioned right on the Rhine River and close to Koblenz. Great staff and the room was large, bright and clean. Couldn't fault.

Great service and position

Wonderful hotel and not far away from the train station. Very comfortable and no noise from the bus station. The staff are so helpful and had a few drinks at the bar.

Pleasant hotel; clean, comfortable quiet room; twin bed as requested; free outdoor parking was available; about 15 min walk along the river to the old centre of town; located in a more suburban/business area.
