"The pool was not operating. This has been the case at almost every IHG hotel we have stayed at in the last month. An electric kettle would be better than a coffee maker for those who like tea. The breakfast was nice (hot and cold)!"

Management should have got the bar extra help during happy hour on one of the busiest nights of the month. Plus there was a sold out show at the Archer Music Hall down the street. No breakfast."
