The entire guest suite is private, clean and beautifully maintained, nested in the basement of a quiet, peaceful home. It features a separate entrance through garage (stairs required), with open layout that includes a bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and home gym—thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort, relaxation and convenience. 85” TV in living room, 55” TV in bedroom. Gigabit fiber internet. Free parking on a large driveway (RV-friendly). Perfect for staycation, vacation, and biz trip. It is located on a corner lot in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, close to thanksgiving point, super easy to find, also close to everything you need. We are a near empty-nest household, the home is quiet most of the time. To further reduce noise, we’ve installed thick rugs with padding in the upstairs hallway to minimize footstep sounds reaching the basement.
