The rooms were ok, clean, air-con was noisy, staff were ok, pool area a bit disappointing, water freezing and kids play area very poor as to what was shown in the photos advertising the hotel, breakfast very poor to what was expected, location was good and close to Legian amenities.

I wish I could give 10 star for the cleaners and the breakfast staff, they wer amazing they keep smiling and very respectful. The rooms are nice and comfortable beds. They need to upgrade the towels and do something about the pool because the water is always cold but overall it we had a good stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Only about 20 min Walk to Legian Beach. Room was very clean. Little pool to cool down. Breakfast was a bit limited for western tourists (toast sandwich with butter and jam) but changing offers for the savoury options. Overall I would recommend!

Not happy only having one room key for first few days, I booked a double room for two people and was told there’s only one key because they’re busy and don’t have any spare, very inconvenient!! The shower had to be fixed because it wouldn’t stay in place and wouldn’t stop dripping after turning off the taps. Water pressure was weak too! Other than that it was comfortable.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewer. The bed was rock hard also. I couldn’t even get comfortable because the bathroom was so bad. I ended up leaving and going to Kunta Kana.

Overall a good stay

Basic hotel. Pool water was quite cold. Only 2 lounge chairs but not much sun falls on the pool area. Staff is efficient. Rooms sre spacious but basic. Wifi worked well but not for some apps. Shower is separate from the toilet and there is body wash and toiletries. It was very dusty under the bed and sheets, although they loooked clean had a funny smell. Housekeeping resolved this right away. Not far to walk to beach and shops. Try Mixue nearby they have the best cold drinks (non alcoholic).

このホテルには一週間泊まっていました。ホテルの設備には特に問題だいないですが、ルームクリーニングの際使ったタオルの片付け忘れや、歯磨きの補充忘れなど、またシャワーの水圧が少しだけ弱かったです。それ以外は完璧でした。泊まっていた期間が長かったため、ホテルの従業員と仲良くなり、柔軟に対応してくださいました。少しマイナスな面も書きましたが、ホテルのご飯は近くのレストランよりも美味しく、従業員の方も優しい人たちばかりなので泊まってみる価値はあると思います。

非常に綺麗で清掃が行き届いていて良いホテルだった。 従業員の方も気が利いていて、英語もインドネシア語も話せない私ですが快適に過ごせました。（日本語ができるスタッフはいないので、拙い英単語でなんとか凌ぎました） ただ、ベランダが無いので、洗濯したものやダイビング器材を乾かすことができなくて、そこは困った。

The cups were not cleaned properly. Shower curtains are annoying because they always make the floor so wet. Laundry service is expensive! The trampoline was wobbly lack of maintenance. Food at the restaurant is very yummy though and reasonably priced.
