Loved the quality of the manchester. Great rooftop pool and fabulous staff Only thing I’d recommend is full length mirror in the room and a towel rail on veranda for swimwear

Nice hotel but can improve few small things
Need to improve: If your flight is well after check out, please note that the hotel doesn’t have a proper shower or a facility that you can hang out. We had to have a cold shower outside next to the pool, with no privacy. Daily room service was ok as they didn’t replace fresh towels (we only need every 2nd or 3 rd day) or toiletries. You have to ask them for it. Good stuff: great location, friendly staff, clean hotel. We like that they provide drinking water machine in a room. If you travel with a family, they have a separate section with a sofa bed for kids with necessary kitchenette.

Reserved last minute, room not prepped and they didn't have an active follow up on the room booking etc. Area okay, nothing great, pool is shallow and outside shower did not work. Good linens and amenities in room, would stay again for the right rate, but a lot of services including internet were substandard.

Simply the best
Rama residences is a fabulous little hotel in a great location on Padma. Oming and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Our apartment was very spacious with very good amenities and the most comfy bed. The restaurant had great food and the rooftop pool and deck was a beautiful space to relax

such friendly personalised service. After check out was able to use facilities and pool until our late flight and transfer service to the airport. Nothing was any trouble .Rooms spacious , plenty of sunlight and open verandah and room with cooking facilities .

We loved our stay at Rama Resident Padma, super close to the beach with surf at your door step. Shopping straight from the entrance to the hotel. The staff where friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. We would definitely stay again

Have stayed here many times and the staff are so friendly and they greet you by name every time that they see you. This time we only used pool once as it was so busy there was no where to sit and I saw another couple get out of the lifts then went straight back down again because they couldn’t sit down anywhere

The staff was lovely. I received an unexpected upgrade which was appreciated. There was a full-sized fridge and well-equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony. Great rooftop and facilities including self-service laundry machines where laundry soap is provided, quite a rariety in Inodenesia, most places offer laundry service but barely any have facilities for you to do it yourself. The location is very convenient and close to everything you need. I was only in the city for a short stop-over and stayed for 2 nights but had wished I had stayed longer. There was some confusion about the timing of when I should get to the dock for a ferry trip to my next destination, Google was saying 90 minutes and they assured me it would only take 30 minutes, even though I questioned them about it. The next morning the driver told me that it took 90 minutes and we were both in a panic trying to make it, I could have done without the stress of that. Luckily, as I found out later, ferries are notoriously late so I was able to make my boat. But regardless of that hiccup, I would stay at the hotel again.
