Great restaurants on site. Food is delish. View is amazing! Pool has a great view. Walkable to shopping and across from the beach. Rooms are ok, the towels however are threadbare and quite gross. I wouldn't stay here unless you are happy to hear the music upstairs and part goers in the halls.

there are many nice hotels in the area however you will never find a hotel with nicer more caring friendly people than the people working here they make every involvement a five-star experience my congratulations to whoever has trained in the staff I found them to be the best of any hotel I've ever visited in the world

This is my fourth stay at a different Ovolo location and they are always wonderful. The staff here was exceptional - from check in to housekeeping to wait staff. The rooms were so lovely and you can’t beat the location. The pool area is really comfortable and lots of room. I also have to say the food was delicious!

The hotel is nice, and the staff was very nice. But the rooms on the 5th floor can be very noisy because of the music on the rooftop just above, especially if there's a party.

Mamaka turned out to be an excellent place to stay for us. We needed something close to the airport for a few nights. The rooms were Clean and the staff were attentive . The breakfasts were wonderful as was the pool. We had trouble with our for not locking twice and the staff took care of it quickly. The negative aspects were the slow internet in our room and the loud music at night. We had super long flights and a 15 hour time difference so we went to sleep early.

Overall good. The coffee port was not working well. Electricity was not enough. At midnight there is a fireworks and the sound is very high to bother main bedroom. Main bed room contain has to be closed at night since there is very large advertisement display just in front of the room otherwise you cannot sleep because of the light.

Great location and amenities

The hotel is right across from the beach which is awesome. From the roof top bar you can watch sunset. The room was spacious with a nice couch that overlooked the ocean. The welcome bag of goodies was so much fun. Also love that they have nice, free washers and dryers and detergent. Only wish there was some space that didn’t always have music playing.

Nice atmosphere

Comfortable and clean rooms. We had a room on 5th floor. It must be said that the upper rooms are very loud as you hear the music from the own and neighbor's rooftop very clearly until midnight but we personally haven't been bothered by that as we didn't went to bed earlier than that and we liked the party atmosphere. The rooftop is very cozy and chill. Very nicely arranged, as well as the pool area. Breakfast is delicious and we loved the "sour" welcome drink. Best drink of our entire 3-weeks Bali vacation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel and staff. However there was an event on when I stayed which kept me awake both nights I stayed. Loud music from the top floor which vibrated my room. Loud enough to sing along to the songs that were playing. Came away from my stay exhausted.
