Disappointingly, not as advertised

Unfortunately this property is not well maintained. Especially bathrooms. In urgent need of refurbishment especially if property wants to continue charging current prices. Also advertising of what is available. For example stating there will be a turndown service etc. when there is none, bottled water available daily is infact a large bottle in kitchen. No jug initally for boiling water for tea or coffee and coffee filters supplied but no coffee maker. The staff on site during day do there best but there is a cockaroach infestion in kitchen cupboards and draws in bedrooms. Pool tiles are cracked and broken and 2 chairs in outside sitting are unsafe, both left in place at table but broken. These were removed when pointed out to staff. Have photos but app would not upload at time of review.

Wonderful, quiet, and relaxed oasis in the middle of busy Legian. Great staff that made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived (1am!) Everything, including the beach is a stroll away. The large tranquil garden was so quiet it was hard to believe we were in the middle of Legian.
