Fantastic location and very accommodating! Family room was upstairs but the team were so kind and carried our suitcases up and down. We loved our stay, everything we needed.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was lovely, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great. Very close to bus and metro. Many restaurants nearby. Couldn’t fault it!

We arrived in Paris after a very long train trip from Nice, we were greeted beautifully by the lady in the desk, they were expecting us and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very small but has a warm homely atmosphere, we instantly felt very comfortable in our surroundings. The location was brilliant, so close to everything!

Grand Hyatt Paris was a great choice to stay at. Modern and clean. Friendly multi-lingual staff. Train and metro station at the doorstep. Supermarket and alcohol store in the complex. Just two stops and 18 mins to Gare du Nord Eurostar station. Leisurely 15 min walk to Arc de Triumph and Champs Élysées. Easy metro trips to other iconic parts of the city including St Germaine. Rooftop bar and many food options for breakfast, lunch and tea. What’s not to like!

We had 3 nights here in a superior room. This was a good size for two adults. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the hotel breakfast which had a really good range to select from. We were very lucky that we could check in early after our long flight. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location close to attractions and metro. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Only cautionary comment is its distance from the Seine where most of the walking starts to reach each amazing must see attraction. Ubers are plentiful though
