1st room a/c went out in the middle of the night, woke up sweating. Night attendant was able to move me to another room. 2nd room a/c didn't work at all, tv would not work, and entry way lights did not work, finally the 3rd room i moved to i was able to get rest.

The employees were friendly but the room we were in was not clean. The bathroom floor had trash on it and it was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. The bathroom also has some maintenance needs around the shower and tub to keep the water from creating mold and rot around the tub.

The staff were great. The room was clean, but the hotel is older and could use a renovation. They did not have anything in the shop and did not serve breakfast. My main reason for booking this hotel was due to breakfast being served. The staff were great though. The amenities should be updated to what is actually available.

We had a fast friendly check in. First impression of the property and lobby was that the establishment was very clean and well maintained. This carried over to our room experience which was equally as nice. Geat overall experience.

I really didn't like anything about this hotel! First of all ,there was no breakfast and no snacks nor anything that u could purchase.The first room i had,had no smoke detached, the curtains was stained so bad,the sheets on the bed were dirty and had hair on them,the drain in the bathroom sink was split,air conditioning unit was nasty,like it was never cleaned since it been opened! Then they moved us to another room where i had no shower curtain,and everything in the room that was made of wood was ate up!

Everything was really good & the staff was super nice. The hotel is under renovation so the first room smelled like mold was everywhere. Fire alarm was malfunctioning, kept going off. Hotel management realky needs to check for mold & mildew before allowing guest in rooms, super unhealthy 😬

Like the location. How ever the hotel is advertised as having breakfast included. That was not the case breakfast was no included. Very disappointed as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

Driving through

The hotel was super hot. It had a very strong smell. It had bird feces all on the ground as you walk in. It was just not the cleanest at all.

The hotel need to improve its cleanliness, as there are cockraches in the rooms. After working with the cleanliness, need to start serving the advertised breakfast. And need to do better on keeping weird people from wandering around the lobby/parking area. I don't mind people smoking weed, but there is no need on doing it right in front of the lobby's door, and stay defiant and staring in the middle of someone's way.

Used towel was left in the bathroom. Toilet paper rolls left in the shelves (no tissue on the rolls). Should have been thrown away. And lastly, roach in the drawer—drawers between the beds. We did voice our concerns to the front desk. Said they would check with housekeeping.

Toliet paper had mold on it, TV didn’t work when we arrived, phone didn't work, microwave didn't have a place to be plugged into, noone seviced the room while we was there we has to go ask for clean towel, coffee, and trash bags to change the trash and there was nonplace to find plastic ware we has to ask and they said they had to give it from personal stash, and no breakfast served

I can't say I would stay here again. While the hotel was relatively quiet, it was in terrible condition. My shower completely flooded the bathroom floor which I learned was still covered in whatever soap they used to mop the floor as I slid and almost busted my face on the slick sud covered floor. It was a handicap shower and the water was not properly contained, leaving it to rush out into the floor. I had to request a lot of towels to keep the floor dryer. MOLD everywhere. The baseboards behind the bed and all through the room were covered making the room smell pretty bad. The whole room floor was slick with mop leftovers and stayed damp from the humidity. TV remote did not work. On my last morning before checkout out, the lady doing house keeping was screaming irately at either another member of the staff or possibly on the phone, I could not tell from the peep hole, but she was cussing in the hallway and yelling other profanities. I thought it was another guest until I saw her inter the room across the hall with her cart. I was not able to get breakfast in the morning because other guests had cleaned it out and it was never restocked after the first rush leaving only tea packets on the counter.

Horrible one night stay

Well, the power decided to go out around 9pm. We had no A/C for the entire night. The power never came back on the next day. There also is no breakfast being served when it says on the website when booking that there is a breakfast.
