"The fridge in my room didn’t work. I arrived late and just went to bed but was not about to chill my morning soft drink I brought. Still a nice hotel. "

"This property was outstanding! The home is so beautiful and so beautifully designed and decorated. The layout is incredible. There are so many bedrooms and bathrooms all spread out throughout that there is plenty of space for a large family. It’s also very quiet, we slept great every night. It had every amenity you could ever think of. "

"Room had a weed smell. I don’t smoke it and I’m not around it. So that wasn’t a good first impression. But overall other than the smell it is OK"

"Hotel room air conditioning filter was disgusting. Cleaning people never left clean towels but took all old ones. Trash cans always over flowing in breakfast area and front desk. Water did not work on Sunday morning at 430 but came back on. Key cards never worked and had to keep getting them reprogrammed, elevator ok 4th floor down button did not work so had to go to higher floors then go bank down. . "

"Got in round 10pm was 3rd in line to check in, took 40 minutes to complete this because the gentleman behind the counter said it was his first day and he was all alone. Arrived to the room to find the lock was loose in door and hair all in the bed and bathroom. The bedroom had stains on the floor and the bed itself was very loud getting in and out of from whatever is holding the mattress up. Went to front desk next morning to complain about the bed sheets and bathroom and mentioned the hair. Came back later in the day to find a made bed with more hair in the sheets and an uncleaned bathroom, just 2 new towels. Went back to the front desk and had them change sheets again and clean bathroom. The 3rd cleaning showed a still dirty grimy toilet and bathroom and more hair in sheets. Safe to say nothing was taken care of not to mention the gentleman said I would receive my $100 deposit back same day as checkout, but then said it could take 3-7 business days. Very disappointed with this stay and will stay elsewhere. Didn’t bother with the breakfast due to the state of the property, figured I’d find more. The hair in the bed was a mixture of dark head hair and below the belt and above the knee hair :( I didn’t want to write this but want to warn everyone else. I even read the reviews and all of the complaints have not been fixed. "
