The ONLY complaint I have was I was shown pictures of a hot tub as one of the amenities and there wasn't one, there were signs in the hotel saying there was one as well and the pool, by no fault of their's, was pretty small, although well maintained. Overall I feel like I got my money's worth."

"Staff lied about canceling a reservation. Stayed that the reservation could not be canceled which is not true the reservation could be canceled but with a one night's room and tax cancel fee. Agents should not lie to guests but explain policy"

"If you need somewhere for a quick overnight it was fine, but I wasn't pleased with the room. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't as clean as it could have been. BUT the manager and staff were great. Very accommodating and when she learned we weee not happy with our stay, she went above and beyond to compensate us. Not the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in, but the staff was attentive so nothing bad to say! "
