Can I please respectfully reiterate that this is a lovely peaceful and friendly corner of Leeds and hence late night music and parties which can disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited.
I had a very bad experience with a guest recently regarding this hence I am politely mentioning this to all my guests as an important house rules note. Also, no smoking is allowed indoors.
