This fully serviced home offers guests a double bed in two of the bedrooms, and a double convertible sofa-bed in the living room. The beds also come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There's also a washer dryer available should you need it.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Guests can enjoy their stay with ultrafast 1000mb WiFi and complimentary 4K Netflix.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30 and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
