Great location and parking right across the road. Could do with a refresh to make it a bit more homely. But the price was right for what you get.

Great Property within walking distance of the centre of Leeds. Simple to find, easy to Park and the communication from Martin was timely and helpful. Will definitely be looking to stay there again next time I go up to Leeds.
The apartment has everything you need. The location is excellent, short walk into the city centre. Parking straight opposite the apartment. Would definitely return.

Martin is a great host keeping you fully informed. Apartment was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was there. It’s obviously very popular as a few bits could do with a freshen up but great value and highly recommended.

Comms were good from Martin. Instructions -easy to follow. Accommodation is nice and simple for our short stay ( even Longer if needed!!) Location is great for many things, including First Direct Arena. Parking is close by and fair price! (Could be worth dropping the car park link in on the posting)
Various items supplied to help upon your stay. Tea/coffee, cereal, milk, shower gel and such. Firestick is there for more of a stay to benefit from. Gets warm enough with the heating. Wife would have liked a decent mirror to get ready!
Cant fault it though! Will book again if available. Thanks 👍😁..... Oh, if going to Arena or Theatre, parking discount available if you explain when paying at Travalger street carpark! 👍
After an initial blip in communications, entirely my own error, I was delighted to have sorted and Sherri (co-host) was superb in sorting. It made a real home from home feeling. A fabulous stay and a real find for me. Will certainly ‘be back’.
If you are looking for a bolt hole in the middle of town this is the place. Clean however now very tired looking, small bed and very low sofas and 80's spotlights. Served a purpose and probably use again just for the sake it's a flat. Door screwed shut for second balcony???
This apartment was wonderful, great location in the city, easy access to parking. Host was super on top of all communication and let us know how to check in and get everything we needed. Whole stay was seamless and easy (:

Stayed in this lovely penthouse apartment for a couple of nights, within easy walk to the main shops and nightlife. Would stay again. Martin was brilliant when I had a question for him, re responded as soon as he could. Thanks Martin your a great host.
The flat was in a great location in Leeds city centre, centrally located next to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and transport links. Check in/check out was very easy. There was some superficial wear and tear such as scuff marks on the walls and a cabinet hinge that broke during our stay. Very spacious and modern ammenities and perfect for couples or singles visiting Leeds for a short or long visit.
Martin's place is brilliantly located on the edge of the city centre and within 5 mins walk of excellent bars/clubs/restaurants and shopping (from high end stores to the outstanding Kirkgate market - go for the street food!). It's a very comfortable and easy flat - I stayed for a month while working at St James's hospital (a 20 min walk away) and couldn't have had a more perfect base. Martin is very quick to respond to any questions or issues and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy. It was a great stay, thank you!

This apartment is super close to so many fun things in Leeds. There was complimentary wifi, tea, coffee, porridge, and cereal. The pricing was also very nice. It was a good size as well, however the cleaning was the bare minimum and I wish the place was cleaned with more care. There were ceiling stains and dirty dishes in the cabinets. The floor in the livingroom was partially detached and it caught my foot. Some items weren’t functional or just straight up missing as well. It was super hot during the summer day since there’s no AC. There’s a small fan with minimal power that didn’t help much. There were 3 balcony doors but only 1 was accessible, so it was hard to circulate the outside air. It’s a decent stay but could’ve been much nicer.

Yes, it is a penthouse apartment. Yes, it is near the city centre. But “amazing”?? It is a bit tired, and cheaply furnished. Not very cosy. The hall and bedroom carpets could do with a deep clean.
The apartment was clean, the bed low but comfortable. It is a short walk from all amenities and the arena.
You pick the keys up from the railway station which was a bit stressful but once you had the keys all was plain sailing. The owner was very responsive and helpful to messages and queries, thankyou Martin.
It was cold when we stayed and it took more than 24 hours for the appt to heat up to comfortable, we took this in our stride and made the best of it.
There were towels in the bathroom and a few toiletries.
A fridge which had milk in it, tasimo pods were plentiful.
The balcony’s were great but not used due to weather.
All in all we would stay here again
Had a lovely weekend. Can’t speak highly enough of Martin who sorted out an issue we had very quickly. He sends all the details a day or two before the visit with photographs and detailed instructions for getting into the flat and the heating, etc. The flat is very well placed for everything and within less than 5 minutes walk, you’re in the middle of Leeds city centre. Very comfortable and has everything you would need for a short City break. The car park next door is very reasonable for city centre prices - £18 from Friday - Sunday and we could have stayed all day Sunday for that price after leaving the apartment. Getting there a bit more stressful. The road (according to the satnav to get to the station to pick up the keys) is currently completely blocked off with roadworks. My Partner dropped me off and just circled the block until I got back. If doing this, walk past the front of the Queen’s hotel and the door into the station is on your left with the left luggage office just to the left on the inside. The Ring Road is also quite an experience to get off at the right junction but it was dark!! All good once we got to the apartment. Thanks again Martin.
