it is difficult to explain and make people understand what a historic building means. regarding the room you chose the smallest and there was no space for a desk. for the glass surfaces there is a French window. as regards the external space, the one adjacent to the room is a paved courtyard with a single vase with a plant, for the large courtyard the photos on the site honestly speak and correspond to reality, we are not selling illusions. Being a B&B we do not have a 24 hour in-person reception and we carry out check-in via telephone with an entry code in certain time slots. I am sorry if your stay was not to your liking. Buongiorno le risponderò in Italiano visto che lei ha scritto nella sua lingua. La ringrazio per la sua recensione che anche se negativa ci aiuterà a fare meglio. Tengo a precisare che questo è un b&b e non un hotel, la reception non è attiva h 24 e non abbiamo personale consierge fisso, può capitare di aspettare qualche minuto. Per quanto riguarda i servizi non sono diversi da quelli menzionati nel sito. Chiedo scusa se non era presente l'acqua durante la colazione, comunque avete a disposizione acqua fresca nel frigo bar sia gassata che naturale per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda l'umidità abbiamo messo in atto sistemi di areazione, la struttura è nuova ma si trova nel pieno centro storico di Lecce, in un edificio totalmente in pietra del 1600, questa non vuole essere una giustificazione ma è solo per farle capire il contesto. Le camere vengono pulite arieggiate e santificate quotidianamente. Cosa importante che tengo a precisare è che non vendiamo qualcosa che non offriamo come ha detto lei.
