Apartment with a typical and relaxing design consists of a mezzanine floor with a double bed and two single beds, a large living room with sofa bed, dining table and kitchen complete with everything including: cutlery, dishes, pots, kettle, machine. some coffee, let me know if something is missing that you need to feel at home!
From the kitchen there is access to a splendid terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center where you can relax, organize a dinner and enjoy the sunset

Staying here means being in complete harmony with the Apulian style and tradition.

Located in the heart of Lecce in a quiet and characteristic courtyard a few steps from the most important monuments, only a minute walk to get to the Basilica of Santa Croce and Pzz Santo Oronzo, the two main monuments

The apartment was obtained from the renovation of an ancient palace dating back to the 16th century characterized by exposed Lecce stone walls, high ceilings and the typical star vaults.

Parfait sauf la cuisine.
Nous avons apprécié cet endroit . Les photos représentent bien la réalité. Appartement multi centenaire bien rénové au charisme parfait. La-dessus, pas de problême. Nous sommes des voyageurs début soixantaine qui aimons faire nous-même notre bouffe dans des endroits. Nous avons regretté l’absence d’eau chaude dans le robinet de la cuisine. Aussi, la vétusté des ustensiles, casseroles, etc, qui devraient peut-être mis à jour. Ceci dit, on en a vu d’autres, on a bien bouffé et ce commentaire constructif n’enlève rien au charme magique de ces vieilles pierres...

Nice place to stay
The apartment is in an old part of town with a nice terrace overlooking a bar. Good communication from owner as we were arriving late in the evening. It was clean and the furniture was of a good standard. Bit awkward to find at first but you soon get used to the location. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

A well located apartment in the heart of Lecce but with deficiencies.
The apartment had no kitchen (only a refrigerator); the terrace shown in the photo is not really what you see (it's a roof top collecting discarded furniture) The bathroom and shower compartment were very small. There was no air conditioning nor fan available and the apartment was hot.

Perfect Location!
We loved the apartment with the terrace! We had everything we needed, and it was very helpful to have the B&B registration office just downstairs if we needed anything or had questions. Very comfortable accommodation (if you don't mind descending a spiral staircase to use the bathroom at night) and such easy access to all that the old city center has to offer. Lecce's historic center is full of history, amazing architecture, and a vibrant night life of coffee bars, wine bars, excellent restaurants, and young people everywhere.

Cura nei particolari , massima cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari , location fantastica. Non serve altro per descrivere una giornata nella bellissima Lecce conclusasi con cena all'aperto su una terrazza sotto le stelle. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci e la consigliamo a chi voglia ritagliarsi un momento di relax in una delle meraviglie d'Italia .
