"Outrageous that they advertise parking. I booked there specifically because of that but found when I arrived they had limited spaces and they were occupied. Drive around till you find something was the response. The shower head was broken and disconnected, the sink drain would not close and the air conditioning unit did not work. There was built up grime around the shower door. And there was no one to address any of the issues. This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had."

"Hotel is located in the heart of the old town . It is so convenient to go anywhere. Our room was very nicely decorated with good taste. Each room had different style. You may want to choose your preference. They all done professionally by an architect."

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "
