If your looking for a secluded getaway with your very own "FRIO RIVER" look no further! Relax in your own private river approximately 350 yards from the main house. Our home offers a modern ranch style feel with amazing views. Come relax and unplug from the everyday grind. Enjoy 30 acres of free ranging wildlife and beautiful sunrises/sunsets. We are located only a few minutes from Downtown Leakey, Texas (i.e., dining, gas, grocery, etc...), and 10 minutes to Garner State Park and CONCAN.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all golf balls that were hit into the field.
Clean all outside areas, including the game room and Pool area.
Read the welcome packet left in the house for further details and instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
