Awsome place to stay. No issues checking in or out. Had a great time with the kids, did some snow boarding, shopping, good affordable dining and awsome small town feel. Super clean and well equipt house!
This was a family ski trip to Cooper. Skiing was only about 15 minutes away and we were less than half a mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leadville. Will try to book this place on our next visit!
We had a fantastic stay here during Leadville 100 run. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Great views and within walking distance to all of the shops nd restaurants. David, the host, is a great communicator and was easy to work with. We will be back!
Very comfy and homey. Love the main floor layout and the roomy bedrooms! Great views all around especially from the large enclosed patio! Highly recommend!

Loved this cozy, charming spot!
This home has so much character and was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and you're close to the shops and restaurants in town. We loved the sunroom and the beautiful mountain views! Definitely hope to return someday.
Clean and up to date property in a great location. Very homey with all the amenities you could want. Close to downtown and centrally located to every recreational activity in the area. We loved it and will recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful house in Leadville
This is a great place to stay in leadville! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the fireplaces are amazing! Easy walk to the ice rink down the hill, and pretty close drive to skiing. Loved having a garage to park in during the snowy, cold weather. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
Alpine Perch is a lovely and comfortable home away from home. We found the house perfectly clean and well stocked and we appreciated the special touches like slippers and throw blankets. The woodwork is gorgeous too!
We absolutely loved this home. It was very quaint and homey. We would love to come and stay in the summer when it is warmer. I would love to sit on that back porch and enjoy the spectacular mountain view.
We rented this house for a short weekend in the mountains and it was exactly what we needed. The house was super clean and cute. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to access from the town and mountain activities. David was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
