Nestled in the pines of Twin Lakes at the foot of Mt Elbert, bordering San Isabel National Forest, there is something here for everyone. Just minutes from hiking, biking, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, the shores of Colorado's largest glacial lakes, or Mt Elbert Forebay, breathtaking views, the Continental Divide, or Old Historic Twin Lakes, farm stands, and more.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dirty dishes and place them in the dish drying rack. No need to dry or put them away. Make sure the hot tub cover is closed. Do not make up any used beds.
Because there is no trash service in this community, please pack out the bulk of your own trash. Trash bags are provided.
Please place used towels in the bathroom and used sheets on the bedroom floor. Thanks for helping us prep for our next guests!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

PETS OF ANY KIND NOT PERMITTED TO SLEEP IN ANY BEDS - if beds are found filled with pet hair you will be subject to additional cleaning charges
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drugs, marijuana or e-cigarettes. If house smells of any smoke evidence, additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged
Absolutely no drinks can be spilled in the hot tub for sanitary reasons. NO GLASS NEAR THE HOT TUB AT ANY TIME

The little A frame cabin was great. We are a family of three and our dog and it fit us perfectly. It was clean. Well stocked to cook. The location is great. Having to take your trash with you is the only odd thing. Luckily we had a truck with a camper shell and live only a few hours away to take a week’s worth of trash with us. Other than that we loved it and enjoyed our stay.
