There was something wrong with the heating element so that is why it did not heat up to the normal 102 degrees. Hi Terry, thanks for your review and glad you had a great time. We will check into the wifi to see if we can get a faster speed up there. I know sometimes when we have a full house and everybody is using the wifi it can be slow sometimes but we will definitely check into that. The driveway into the property is not bad but the 20 foot cement pad is a little steeper into the garage but is manageable. We hope you come back and stay with us again, thanks...owners Kirk & Julie
