The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, the OstrĂ©a, former oyster farmer’s house with a beautiful sea view. The house of 120mÂČ can comfortably accommodate 6 people. You can fully enjoy a magnificent 360° sea view, a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and awning for beautiful summer days. A large garden that gives direct access to the sea and coastal paths. You are located in the Gulf of Morbihan, you can see on the other bank the charming little port of PĂ©nerf.

The accommodation consists of :

- A 40 mÂČ living room with lounge, TV, wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. To start your stay, we provide you some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products...
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140,190) and 1 queen-size bed (160,200). The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : Barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture.

Exterior :

- 360° sea view, private access to the sea and trails at the end of the garden
- A beautiful garden of 600 mÂČ + south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture, awning.

The house is ideally located in the Tour du Parc, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market
 Less than 5 minutes by car and you are in the center of the town Le Tour du Parc. For the markets and more shops the village of Sarzeau is about ten minutes by car.

In der Woche vom 07.09 bis 14.09,. war es regnerisch und kĂŒhl. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir bei der HausĂŒbergabe darauf hingewiesen, dass das Haus ausgekĂŒhlt ist. Raumtemperatur Bad/Wohnraum 17 Grad. Die Heizung war ausgeschaltet und konnte von dem Vertreter der Agentur nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.Die Agentur "concoonr" wollte sich mit dem HauseigentĂŒmer in Verbindung setzen. Am nĂ€chsten Tag, nachdem sich nichts getan hat, haben wir eine Erinnerungsmail geschrieben und leider keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Notgedrungen mußten wir uns einen portablen elektrischen Heizkörper kaufen, um wenigsten KĂŒche und Bad bewohnbar zu machen. Der Wohnraum war nicht bewohnbar, da schlichtweg zu kalt. Die Agentur "concoonr" hat weder auf meine Mail reagiert nocht auf unser Abschlußfeedback das in die ĂŒblichen Abfragen einging. Eine verantwortliche Mitarbeiterin wollte ein paar Tage spĂ€ter noch einmal ein Feedback haben. Dort haben wir das Gleiche formuliert, wie in der Standardabfrage. Entweder liest man bei cocoonr keine Bewertungen und Mails (die man auch noch haben möchte) oder es ist gleichgĂŒltig, was Bewertungen/Mails beinhalten.Das Einzige, was wir von concoonr erhalten haben, waren Sonderangebote fĂŒr andere Lokationen

L'OSTREA "Belle maison ancienne, un peu dans son jus, mais propre et trÚs bien équipée, avec une magnifique vue mer. La terrasse est trÚs agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon week-end à 6 adultes et 1 bébé. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation générale : boule quiÚs à prévoir !"
