Covering an area of 60m², the house can accommodate 4/5 with the sofa bed. She is made of :
- 2 bedrooms, one with 1 large double bed (with duvet) and the other with 2 single beds. A sofa bed is also available.
- 1 bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
- 1 separate WC.
- A fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, dishes, oven, fridge).
- 1 dining room with 6 seats.
- 1 living room with a television, a hi-fi system, children's toys and a mini-pool table.
- 1 terrace with a garden, barbecue and garden furniture.
Note that sheets (or duvet cover) and towels and tea towels are not provided. However, they can be rented and installed for an additional € 25 (payable locally) for all supplies and for the entire duration of the stay.
Shampoo and shower gel are available free of charge. The basic elements for the kitchen also (coffee, tea, salt, oil ...). You will also find a mezzanine with many books and games for all ages
A reserved parking space is located right in front of the house.
The 3 tennis courts of the residence are open and free.
Many other sports and leisure services are also nearby (sailing school and sand yachting, bicycle rental, horse riding, casinos, shopping).
