Bright villa between beach, dunes and city center

Very well located for a good weekend or a good vacation, quiet and close to the sea and the city center, this very bright villa benefits from the best standards of comfort, insulation and ventilation (BBC label). All your activities are accessible by bike or on foot and whatever the season or the weather you will always feel good!
A living - dining room with a table for 10 people and a bar for 5 people opens onto the kitchen. Upstairs, another 20 m2 lounge serves as a game room or television.
Sheets can be provided for an additional € 60-100. We do not have a towel, but we do provide kitchen towels.

Spacious property in quiet location

Large, well equipped property in quiet but convenient location. Comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms make this an excellent choice. Parking and space in huge garage are a huge bonus.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful comfortable and well equipped home, five minutes walk from a sandy beach and sand dunes. Easy 15 minute walk into vibrant town with plenty of cafes & independent shops. Host easy to communicate with, any questions answered promptly. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday.

Wonderful house

We came away with 3 generations for a short break and found that the house had everything we needed. Plenty of space. A very short walk to the beach and a reasonable stroll into Le Touquet. Highly recommended

Perfect location

Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay. Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. Not ideal

No communication on how to enter the property before arrival. Extortionate prices to use sheets. Very hard for very young infants to be there due to so many items about the place. Everything worked and house was spotless

Nous avons passĂ© un super weekend au Touquet et dans la villa BBC. Elle est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, bien situĂ©e, tout se fait trĂšs bien Ă  pied mĂȘme avec des petits. Petite prĂ©cision que nous n'avions pas bien compris dans l'annonce et qui mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre soulignĂ©e : il y a 1 sdb et 2 salles de douche.La personne qui s'occupe du logement rĂ©pond Ă  toutes les questions et rapidement. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© en ustensiles et vaisselle. Nous sommes ravis de notre weekend et recommandons cette villa qui est un super rapport qualitĂ©/prix.

un superbe séjour entre amies avec un grand soleil

Pour notre week-end annuel entre amies nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette villa, le soleil ayant été au rendez-vous nous avons pu profiter des deux terrasses (celle face au séjour pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner et celle face à la cuisine pour le diner). Nous avons pu tout faire à pied (plage, marché, restaurant, shopping, thalasso...), nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa.
