We had a room near the lobby area and the walls were super thin. We could hear everything at 7:00am. People, doors slamming and dogs barking. The room was a little dated but clean. "

Hotels.com offered me $50 to replace my thrown out items. Obviously no clue things aren't priced like 1950 anymore! I didn’t spend 1 night, only checked in prior to event. Should have had full refund! I'm never using this site or hotel brand again. "
