WATERFRONT HOUSE ON ROCKS IN THE AREA OF CAP NEGRE IN CAVALIERE

Access the property after taking a staircase through the scrubland (around 170 steps)

The rooftop, equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, also offers a small summer kitchen.
This space equipped with storage shelves, a refrigerator, a sink and a small electric plancha welcomes you in an absolutely preserved setting.
The house also has an outdoor shower.
Reminder, note bene: Access to the house is via stairs crossing the scrubland (not recommended for people wishing easy access).
Possibility of boat rental in collaboration with a partner at a preferential rate.

Le lieu, la proximité de l’eau, bon équipement de la cuisine Très bon accueil de l’agence et bonne disponibilité. Manque une plancha à gaz et ou barbecue sur la terrasse. Un seul matelas pour la chambre du bas. Problème remontés des odeurs de la fosse septique ce qui n’a pas permis d’avoir une notre plus haute

la situation exceptionnelle sans aucun vis à vis et le ponton au pied de la villa Un plancha digne de ce nom, la fabricant français ENO, entreprise du patrimoine vivant et origine France Garantie ferait plus sens dans cet environnement (standing et ex responsabilité du propriétaire :))
